Project Cladding Goals

One inch thick prestressed panels allowed the architect to combine the look of a precast podium building with economical long span post tensioned concrete flat slab construction.  Arcis panel attachments accommodate a 3 inch story drift over the first 3 stories allowing for more economical window system without large joints between panels.  An aluminum extrusion was used to the edges of the panels to inset the window system from the face of the skin.
