Project Cladding Goals

Arcis proposed a thin prestressed skin panel as an alternate to conventional precast.  The project was awarded to Arcis by a competitive bid process.  The system uses 1” and 1 3/8” thick prestressed concrete panels as large as 6’ x 14’.  Not only the least cost alternative,  the floor area and rentable footage of the retail area is increased due to the thin skin.
