100 year design life and expected rugged use demanded that precast components be incorporated into the exterior design.  Having difficulty designing waterproofing for the conventional precast attachments, the project team approached Arcis to supply thin precast panels.  Use of Arcis panels reduced the cost of the both the precast and waterproofing.  The project schedule was accelerated since the interior building work was not dependant on cladding installation.  Arcis was able to coordinate and match the conventional precast components supplied by Knife River to the project.
